Question

What is wrong with my iPhone!

my screen is frozen after getting the iOS 10. The screen is all black just showing the loading sign in the middle. It's been like that for 3 hours. I plugged it into the computer and I can't do the sleep awake thing because my home button Is broke.

As your Home button is broken, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation to have your iPhone inspected and serviced by Apple (under warranty, if eligible, or via chargeable repair service):
